We leveled, insulated and closed in the entry breezeway. We replaced the front door with a brand new Raven black thermatru door with a fypon surround. We replaced the front porch and built a backyard ground level pool deck with the recently released transcend island mist. We helped dig out all the sod and dirt surrounding the in ground pool to prep for stamped concrete. DG Concrete poured and stamped. I thought we were done … but we got called back to build a Gorgeous Gazebo over the existing Hot springs spa. We will return next summer to stain the gazebo framing black! Love these colors ! When we packed up the homeowner wanted to talk about projects for next year… Thanks Kim and Bryon for being kind, fun and easy to work for, we love your loyalty and appreciate you !

It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic loss of our beloved Yard Manager, Bill Decker.

Bill was a part of the Lansing Harbor family for many years, and his presence is felt in every corner of our marina. Whether it was launching boats, repairing docks, welding, or crafting solutions only he could dream up—Bill could do it all. His steady hands and unmatched craftsmanship built more than just structures here; he helped build our community.

His work lives on in the boats he cared for, the buildings he repaired, and the countless small touches that only Bill could have done. More than anything, he will be remembered for his quiet strength, his deep knowledge, and the kindness he showed to all who knew him. We will miss him more than words can say.

Our hearts are with Bill’s family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

As we grieve and begin a time of transition, we ask for your patience and understanding. Bill played a vital role in the daily operations of the marina, and his absence leaves a space that can never truly be filled.

Thank you for your support, and for helping us honor the memory of a truly remarkable man. 💔
