Just completed this kitchen and butler pantry for Jay and Erica Clark. Definitely one of the most unique projects I have done to date.

We will start the description with the kitchen We demod all the cabinets and tops and removed all the electrical out of the backsplash areas. The new design had us installing all new multi colored, cabinets up to the ceiling, a new hood, as well as the beautiful marble counter tops and marble oven backsplash. The sink walls were a simple, subtle, grey subway tile. All selected by Erica. We changed the island lighting, installed under cabinet plug molding, and under cabinet lighting (no plugs and switches in walls), and painted the ceiling, walls and trim a fresh new color. The crown above each set of cabinets was a challenge, changing colors in the corners.

The butler pantry started the same way with demo of the cabinets and electrical in the backsplash. The uniqueness of the room started taking place as we installed black cabinets, painted the ceiling black, the walls black, and the trim black. The counter tops were the same marble as we used in the kitchen and the backsplash was a black decorated glass tile. The 2 slender cabinet’s have glass fronts and are lit from above. And we installed under cabinet lighting and plug molding. We also installed an under cabinet fridge and ice maker to complete the package.

Both rooms had their challenges. When it was all said and done though, I stood in awe of how it all turned out. Very unique and beautiful!!

Thanks to Southscape Construction, One Stop Plumbing, Wentzell Cabinets, and Maranatha Stone and Floors for their parts in the project. My biggest thank you goes to Erica who allowed us in her home and had to put up with the challenges of the project and also had to put up with me and the subs every day.

Here is another project I am late posting. These two projects were for Kae Norris in January of 2026. An upstairs bathroom and a guest bathroom. Somehow I lost the before pics but you at least get to see the finished product. In the upstairs bathroom we demod everything to start over (which included a fiberglass tub/shower, a 4ft single sink vanity, and black walls and ceiling). We installed this really cool tiled shower with subway tile, a double niche, and a new glass system. We also installed new main floor tile, a new 6ft vanity with double under mount sinks and new top, new base molding, & a couple of coats of paint to brighten things up. It turned out beautifully!!
The guest bathroom was a little easier. We had already replaced the vanity top a while back but this time we demod the tub/shower fiberglass combo and installed this new tub/tiled shower. It also had a double niche and a new barn door style glass system because space was limited for a door. Both projects turned out really well!!
Thanks to Southscape Construction, One Stop Plumbing, Birmingham Glass, and Wentzell Cabinets for their great work in the projects. And big Thanks to Kae for putting up with all the beating and banging above her head all day and for letting us do these projects for she and her husband.

All pictures are finished pict.😊

I am behind on posting this project. This bathroom project was completed at the end of November of 2025 for Charlie and Lori Pichelmayer. I very different look between the two. We completely demod everything to start over with a clean slate. We installed a new tiled shower with double niche, a handheld fixture, and grab bars and sealed it up with this glass, barn door style glass system for easy access without taking up any room for the swing of a glass door. We then tiled the main floor, installed a new vanity, and new quartz top with under mount sink, new base boards and a couple of coats of fresh paint to complete the look. A very clean and bright look.
Thanks to Southscape Construction, One Stop Plumbing, Birmingham Glass, Wentzell Cabinets, & Maranatha for their help in completing the project. And thanks to Charlie and Lori for having us again in their home to do another project.

I am a little behind on posting. This master bathroom project was completed in June of 2025 for Lloyd and Neidra Wright. We demod the existing shower, garden tub and main floor. Then installed this spacious shower with a bench and glass to create more of an open, brighter feel than the original. We then installed new main floor and base boards to finish it up. Mrs Neidra had this chest to fill in the space that was left from the tub.
Thanks to Southscape Construction, One Stop Plumbing, & Birmingham Glass for their parts in this project. And thanks to the Wrights for having us in their home.

Finished this bathroom project for Glen &Tricia Jones Peterson this past week. Different projects bring different challenges. This one was fun. We converted a bedroom and small guest bathroom into a bigger bathroom and some closet space for another bedroom. We demo’d the entire guest bathroom and closets in the converted bedroom and other bedroom. We also demo’d the wall between the guest bathroom and bedroom to open the room up for new renovation.

We built walls to create a new toilet room and also a new 6ft X 6ft closet for the other bedroom. We put the shower basically where it used to be to opened it up for a new glass front for extra light from the window. The shower walls are subway tile with the floor being a cool penny tile. The main floor is a 8 X 8 hexagon tile. We installed shiplap on the back wall and painted it to match the vanity. Then installed a gorgeous soaker tub. The vanity and linen closet were painted with a rich color called “Thundercloud” and has a quartz top with under mounted sink.

Tricia and Glen did a great job with tile selections and colors of the all the fixtures and walls.

Thanks to Southscape Construction , One Stop Plumbing, Wentzell Cabinets, Maranatha Stone, & Birmingham Glass for their rolls in this project. And thanks to the Peterson’s for having us in their home.

Finished this triple bathroom and kitchen project for the Pitt’s right before Christmas. All 4 projects were fairly simple ones (not requiring a lot of demo). First one was the master bathroom shower and vanity. We did do demo here by demoing the existing shower, garden tub, the 2 vanity tops, and all the wallpaper. Then we installed this magnificent shower with a double niche, 4ft bench, a simple shower fixture for him and the spa type fixture for her. The glass kept things open looking while allowing lots of light into the bathroom. The client asked for the 2 vanities to be joined with a single top which we did creating a makeup area. We also painted the walls with 2 coats of fresh paint and installed new mirrors and lighting to finish things up.

In the hall bath and guest baths we removed the wallpaper, the plate glass mirrors, and the vanity tops. Then with some wall touch ups installed new vanity tops, painted 2 coats of paint to the walls, and installed new mirrors and lighting.

In the kitchen, we demo’d the countertops and the bar area on the back side of the sink section . Then installed new quartz tops, quartz backsplashes, and a black tiled backsplash behind the oven.

Thanks to Southscape Construction, One Stop Plumbing, Birmingham Glass, and Maranatha Stone and Flooring for their parts in the project. And thanks to Randy and Ellen for allowing us in their home during the holidays to complete this project for them.

Finished this master bathroom renovation for Jim and Amy Nielsen at the start of December. An interesting transformation as we demo’d the master closet and the entire master bathroom completely. The old entrance to the bathroom came through the center hallway of the closets (1 closet to each side of the hall). The bathroom (as you entered) had a vanity to the left and 1 to the right, the small 3ft X 3ft shower in the left corner, the garden tub center, and a toilet room to the right corner. The closet walls were demo’d also.

We started by moving the new entrance of the bathroom to the far right side of the bedroom instead of having it center. We reframed the closet (moving the bedroom wall out more and creating a new entrance from the new hall to create a much bigger closet space. Then using much of the existing plumbing we created the new vanity and shower. The shower had a smaller window than before and allowed us to install a nice double niche. The tile was a subway tile that ran vertical. It also had a cool rain head fixture as well as the handheld fixture.

We installed a new vanity with a quartz countertop and the 2 above surface sinks. It had plenty of storage space as the corner piece offered storage as well as some shelving to the right of the vanity. And if that was not enough there was an additional storage cabinet above the toilet.

We also added the 4 sconces, overhead chandelier, and 2 lighted mirrors to provide plenty of light to this showpiece.

The bathroom floors were tiled and the closet and bedroom floors were wood.

Thanks to Southscape Construction, One Stop Plumbing, Birmingham Glass, Wentzell Cabinets, and Maranatha Stone and Floors for their help with this beautiful project. And thanks to the Nielsens for allowing us in their home for 6 weeks to get this one done.

Completed this bathroom project back in July for Susie Walters. We demo’d the tub/shower combo and main floor in the bathroom and wood floor in the closet. Then installed this beautiful tiled shower with double niche turned sideways, handheld fixture, and barn door style hardware with brushed bronze hardware. We installed new tile to the main floor and closet. Then put a few coats of paint on the walls to freshen and finish things up. Thanks to Southscape Construction, One Stop Plumbing, and Birmingham Glass for their roles in the project. Thanks also to Mrs Susie for trusting us in her condo while they were away to complete the project.

I am extremely late posting this beautiful project for Kurt and Vickie Abts. It was a springtime project basically renovating the entire first floor of their home. We demo’d all the carpet & hardwood flooring in all the rooms (except the 2 bedrooms), demo’d the guest bathroom, a powder room, the master bathroom, the office, & the kitchen/breakfast area. We installed new hardwood floors in the foyer, living room, office, powder room, halls, & in the kitchen/breakfast area.

We installed all new cabinets, island, quartz tops, tiled backsplashes, & new lighting & under cabinet lighting in the kitchen.

We installed a new tiled shower that replaced an old fiberglass tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom with a frameless barn door glass system. Also a new vanity & quartz top & new tiled floors.

We installed new tiled flooring in the master bathroom with 2 new vanities & quartz tops. Also a beautiful corner walk in tiled shower with half glass walls and the centerpiece of the room is a soaker tub in the middle of the bathroom between the vanities.

We replaced the vanity in the powder room with a new one with a quartz top and new lighting.

We installed new panel molding and chair rail in the office.

All rooms received new doors and fresh paint to the trim, doors, & walls.

Thanks to Flooring Specialties, Wentzell Cabinets, Birmingham Glass, Maranatha Granite, Southscape Construction, and One Stop Plumbing for their roles in the project. I couldn’t have done it without them. And great thanks and much appreciation to Vickie Smith Abts & Kurt Abts for allowing us in their home to complete this one while they lived upstairs the whole time.
