Good morning, we just wrapped up our Minnesota project, I know a distance from where we live, but I was able to help an old friend Dan Galante put together a studio/garage for him. About 2000 square ft. ,goes back into the hillside eventually a ramp to back door. Very interesting build. One of the more challenging because of terrain, but worth it. So recently the owner of 131 Main Street had a painting of this historic building done. It came out beautiful. It was a pleasure to work on transforming this building back. We are still not completely done, but I can't thank Jim O'Toole and Bayside Consulting enough for letting us take on such a fun project. Here are some pictures of the inside transformation. Our addition project is coming along. We have sheathing ,a roof , windows and doors. We are on hold for a little while until the electric and plumbing is roughed in.
