Custom back yard remodel: By The Johansen Team
Shade structure and all metalwork, including General Contracting, were executed by
Johansen Fence Gate Shade.
Metalwork includes:
Shade structure with an automated FX shade canopy, wind sensors with steel shrouds around the shade motors
Shade structure with steel slats along the house
Metal stair risers with step lights
Metal trim around all patios
Metal trim around the fountain
Stainless steel grate below the fountain
Custom steel gas meter screens

Custom storage area gates
Stainless steel cladding inside the outdoor fireplace with a black Cerakote finish
Project includes a custom masonry storage area featuring an outdoor fireplace, a standing seam metal roof, internal drainage, and a custom concrete hearth.
Custom Foutian installed by The Garden Gate, designed by Scott Gear at Gear Landscape, and the concrete work was executed by Robert Herr at Herr Studios.
