FIX YOUR DYING PLANTS.

If your landscape looks like this… it’s not bad luck.

It’s usually ONE mistake:
watering wrong.

Most people:
→ plant incorrectly
→ water at the base only
→ never water deep enough

In this video I show exactly how to fix it step by step.

This is the difference between struggling plants and plants that THRIVE.

Plant THIS if you want butterflies in your yard 🦋

Most people think it takes years to build a pollinator garden…
but this plant proves them wrong.

Gregg’s Blue Mist Flower can fill in FAST and start attracting queen butterflies in just a few months — IF you plant it correctly.

In this video I show:
• How to prep the planting hole
• Why a little compost goes a long way
• Where to place emitters (this is critical)
• How mulch transforms your soil

Do it right once → get butterflies, growth, and a thriving landscape.

This mistake is killing plants all over the desert.

Most landscapes are set up with 1 or 2 emitters right at the base…

But that’s NOT where the roots are.

In this video I show:
→ why plants are failing
→ how to place emitters correctly
→ how I brought this plant back with a deep 25 gallon watering

If your plants are struggling, this is probably why.

Stop watering the trunk. Start watering the canopy.

The heat is coming… and most Tucson gardens aren’t ready.

If your garden looked like this last summer—stressed trees, burned-out vegetables, struggling plants—it’s not just the heat.

It’s how everything is set up.

I see this over and over again, and the difference between struggling plants and thriving ones usually comes down to a few key things.

Follow for more real-world garden fixes and strategies that actually work in the desert.

Remove this… or your Swiss chard will stop producing.

Most people don’t realize this, but the moment your chard sends up a flower stalk, it’s done focusing on leaves.

It’s switching to seed production.

That’s why your harvest slows down or stops.

The fix is simple:
Cut the flower stalk off as soon as you see it.

Do this consistently and you can keep harvesting Swiss chard year-round even in Tucson heat.

This is the difference between a garden that struggles… and one that feeds you.

You’ve probably heard this your whole life…

“Don’t spray water on your plants in the sun, it’ll burn them.”

Yeah… that’s not actually true.

In fact, in hot climates, spraying water can cool your plants down and help them survive extreme heat.

The real problem isn’t water…
It’s people following bad advice and wondering why their garden struggles.

Now do be careful, doing this excessively can lead to fungal diseases.

To really maximize the positive impact, use this 50% white shade cloth.

If you actually want your plants to thrive, you need to understand what’s really happening, not just repeat what everyone says.

🌱 Grow smarter.

You’re watering your fruit trees WRONG

Most fruit trees don’t struggle because of the heat…
they struggle because of how they’re watered.

Shallow, frequent watering keeps roots near the surfac
and that leads to stress, weak growth, and poor production.

Fruit trees need deep, even watering at the root zone.

That’s exactly what the Thrive Ring is designed to do.

It distributes water evenly around the entire tree so it can actually thrive.

If your trees are showing signs like curled leaves or stress…
fix the way you water them first.

Your irrigation system might be the reason your garden struggles.

Over the years, I’ve installed and repaired just about every type of raised bed watering system out there:

• Garden Grid
• Micro tubing with built-in emitters
• Sprayers

And I keep seeing the same problems:
Uneven watering.
Clogging.
Dry spots.
Pressure problems
Wasted water.

Systems that fail after just a season or two.

In this video, I explain why those systems struggle and I show you the irrigation system I’ve had running in real gardens for over 8 years without failure.

Consistent moisture. Deep root growth. Abundant production. That's what your garden needs to thrive!

If you're investing time and money into your garden, your irrigation system matters more than you think.

If you'd like details on the system I use, DM or comment “BETTER WATERING” and I’ll send you the information.

One of the biggest mistakes I see in gardens:

Planting into compacted soil.

Soil settles every season. Over time it becomes dense, tight, and difficult for roots to pe*****te.

In this video I demonstrate something simple: I try pushing my hand into the soil before loosening it… and after.

The difference is dramatic.
When roots hit hard soil, growth slows. When roots hit loose, oxygenated soil, they take off.

This is why I always loosen before planting — especially in desert or heavy soils.

Simple step. Massive difference.
