Project Spotlight: Belvedere Terrace! Located on East 22nd Street in Tucson, this LIHTC affordable housing community will provide 72 units for seniors, including supportive housing for residents transitioning out of homelessness.

Years of hard work have finally paid off! Poster Mirto McDonald served as the local architect for this brand new Medical Examiner building designed by SmithGroup! We were able to collaborate with the amazing staff from Pima County to make this project possible! Kitchell was also instrumental in constructing the entire facility with lots of sensitivity to the world project type!

Yesterday was a momentous day, the Grand Opening of Bear Down Gym! After many years of hard work, the final piece of the Student Success District is finally complete!
