Work in Pima County, City of Tucson, Saddlebrook, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Oro Valley & Marana. I grew up in the Construction Industry in Tucson and have been drawing plans in Tucson for over 30 years.

This would be nice in a cabin with a loft. Only problem with out rails it wouldn't meet most codes or be safe.
