Out of quarantine boredom I decided to challenge myself with a blacksmithing project for the first time and of course I added in a touch of custom carpentry. I designed a Norwegian hunting knife with some classic American style to it in my sketchbook. The handle was carved from a super unique chunk of spalted maple with a rift saw cut. The blade is a solid piece of white steel from knife blade to handle with hand punched triangles. What are you doing to entertain yourself during this weird time?
