We had a customer recently whose furnace was red-tagged by the city because the gas line feeding it wasn’t up to code.

Basically, the gas line wasn’t installed correctly for the furnace and needed to be brought up to current code before the furnace could safely be used again.

We came out, looked everything over, explained what was going on, and took care of the gas line so everything could be brought up to code and the customer could get their furnace back up and running.

Stuff like this can be stressful, especially when you’re told something needs to be fixed and you’re not sure if the price or recommendation you were given is right.

The sewer machine is officially getting the Priority treatment.

We decided plain just wasn’t going to cut it, so we’re painting this beast PINK.

It might look a little different when we pull up, but the job stays the same—clearing tough sewer and drain problems and getting our customers back up and running.

Around here, even the equipment has to represent.

We figured it was time to introduce the two guys behind Priority Plumbing.

I’m Chase, on the right, and that’s Josiah on the left. Josiah has been in the plumbing trade for about 9 years, and I’ve been in it for about 4.

We met around 7 years ago, and over time we realized we shared a lot of the same values when it came to this trade and how we believed customers should be treated.

When we decided to start Priority Plumbing, the goal wasn’t just to start another plumbing company. We wanted to build something that felt a little more like the way we remember businesses being when we were growing up — where you could call someone when you had a problem, trust what they told you, understand what you were paying for, and feel like they actually cared about helping you.

That’s what we want Priority Plumbing to be.

We believe plumbing service should be based on honesty, communication, quality work, and fair, transparent pricing. We never want someone to feel like they’re just another ticket or another opportunity to sell something. We want to take the time to explain the problem, give people their options, and help them make the decision that makes the most sense for their home, business, and budget.

Right now, Josiah and I both do a little bit of everything. We answer phones, run calls, work in the field, give estimates, handle paperwork, and do whatever else needs to be done. As the company grows, we hope we never lose that hands-on mentality or forget why we started in the first place.

We’re also thankful for our faith and for the opportunity God has given us to build something of our own and serve the people around us.

We know trust isn’t something you can ask people for it’s something you earn over time. Our goal is to earn it one customer and one job at a time.

We’re Chase and Josiah, the owners of Priority Plumbing, and we’re grateful to be here serving our community.
