CJC Architects is proud to have partnered with Bixby Public Schools on the completion of their new Maintenance Building—an essential project supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the district running smoothly.

This facility provides dedicated space for equipment, storage, and staff, helping ensure Bixby’s campuses remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained for students and faculty alike.

What makes this project especially meaningful is its connection to downtown Bixby’s continued growth. By helping the district relocate its maintenance operations from older downtown properties to a new facility on school-owned land near the bus barn, those former sites were made available for redevelopment—creating new opportunities for retail, renovation, and investment in the heart of downtown.

A practical project with lasting community impact—exactly the kind of work we love to be part of.

We’re proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting at Thunderbird Youth Academy in Pryor, Oklahoma! 🎉
This milestone marks the completion of a new 12,500 SF dining hall and 4,200 SF barracks—spaces designed to support daily life, strengthen community, and provide a safe, structured environment for the cadets they serve.
From durability and security to flexibility and long-term performance, every detail was thoughtfully considered to meet the unique needs of this residential campus while fostering dignity and belonging.
It’s an honor to be part of a project that helps transform lives and supports the Academy’s mission of building leadership and opportunity for Oklahoma’s youth.
