A little backstory on the rail car, it's a baggage car from the Southern Pacific's Sunset limited passenger line on the 1950s. The train pictured was known as the Shasta Daylight.
Edit: learned today the car was also used for military purposes on the west coast and that's why it ended up painted gray.
