This was a full Demolition down to the Joist and Beams 12ft above Elevation, Reinforced joist replace one Beam, replaced 4in x 4in Post with 6in x 6in Post, ALL New Deck Boards, New Stainless Steel Cable Rail Systems, and Finished it off with 2 Coats of ALL-Natural Cedar - Semi-Transparent Stain with a double coat of White Paint on the Underneath side.

My #1 Lucas is the man. I couldn't ask for a better lead man and Crew Leader. He takes the stress off of me knowing i have a guy in the field to handle the responsibilities. Started a New Renovation Project Today. Sand and Stain Cabinets , Remove & Install New Countertop, Replace Tile in Kitchen, Paint 4 Rooms, and Building a "She Shed Outback"... More Pics Coming Soon
