Yesterday was a magical day spent in a magical place doing magical things!

We took Harrison and our favorite daughter up to Green Valley Lake. We've been taking our family here for decades and we've brought every dog we've adopted here. Today was Harrison's first time in the mountains and as you can see...HE LOVED IT!

This morning Tallon and I went on a geology hike to the absolutely gorgeous Red Rock canyon with a small group in Whiting Ranch.

If you've known me for a while, I have most likely coerced you into hiking in Whiting Ranch with me, but it's always fun to learn more about the history of these beautiful places.

Knowing you're standing amongst nature that's been there for 24 million years is pretty magical.

In case anyone was wondering...I'm still around!

I decided, for the first time in 14 years of owning and operating my one woman sweat shop, to take the entire winter off to regroup and focus on me for while.

Tomorrow my fancy new photo backdrop and new dress forms arrive so next week I'll be photographing EVERYTHING I have left after my market season was over and packing my website full!

After that, I'll be making all sorts of fun new creations for all of your epic cooking, zero waste, tiny living, van life, witchy adventure seeking needs.

I may pop up at markets randomly here and there but my big focus now is my website & getting my merch in more stores (wholesale lists will be going out in April so shoot me a DM if you'd like one!) until my busy season starts in October.

We're back home after our magical VIP Subaru Basecamp Experience Dave won!

Our 3 day weekend kicked off Friday morning with brekkie at Las Brisas before we all headed to basecamp at Casper's Wilderness Park

50 groups were chosen from online entries for this inaugural Subaru Basecamp Experience which, lucky for us, kicked off right here in Orange County!

kept us fed
brought the zen and led us through a soulful sunrise yoga each morning
Sean provided us with passes to the in Costa Mesa, a beautiful Basecamp location, lots of cool subie swag, star gazing, and the opportunity to meet great new people & make memories to last a lifetime!

We can't thank everyone enough for the weekend!!
