🥒✨ Air Fryer Pickles ✨🥒

Recipe
(Ingredients:
1 jar dill pickle chips, drained
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp water
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Cooking spray
Ranch or spicy mayo, for dipping

Directions:

Drain the pickle chips well and pat them very dry with paper towels. This step matters, because wet pickles ruin the coating.
Set up 3 bowls: one with flour, one with eggs and water whisked together, and one with panko, plain breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt mixed together.
Dip each pickle chip into the flour, then the egg mixture, then the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly so the coating sticks well.
Place the coated pickles on a plate or tray in a single layer.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray both sides of the pickles with cooking spray.
Arrange the pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping. Cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Serve immediately with ranch or spicy mayo.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cooking Time: 9 mins | Total Time: 24 mins | Kcal: 190 per serving | Servings: 4 )

suggest tips for this recipe
Dry the pickles really well or the breading will slide off and the result will be trash. Use panko because regular breadcrumbs alone won’t give enough crunch. Don’t crowd the air fryer basket or they steam instead of crisp. Spray the coating lightly with oil or you’ll get pale, dry crumbs instead of golden crispy pickles. Eat them fast, because once they sit, they lose the crunch and become mediocre. If you want stronger flavor, add a little cayenne or grated Parmesan to the breadcrumb mix.

🍜🐔 Chow Mein Noodles with Chicken 🥢✨

Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz chow mein noodles (or spaghetti)
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
3 green onions, chopped
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a bowl, toss sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 4 to 5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add remaining oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly tender.
Return chicken to the pan and add noodles.
Stir in oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together well.
Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Kcal: 450 | Servings: 4

Tips

Use high heat for that authentic stir-fry flavor.
Don’t overcook the noodles—they should stay slightly firm.
Prep all ingredients before cooking since stir-frying is fast.
Add bean sprouts for extra crunch.
A splash of dark soy sauce gives deeper color and flavor.
Cook in batches if your pan is small to avoid soggy noodles.
