Hay fever sure can be miserable, but it's not Goldenrod's fault! These plants are often wrongly blamed for allergies and confused with Ragweed, but their heavy insect-carried pollen rarely causes hay fever.

These vibrant, keystone species are essential late-season nectar sources that support bees, butterflies, and other pollinators preparing for winter. Add these stunning yellow-bloomers to your garden to keep the pollinator food train running! 💛

Pro tip: A few species including Gray, Early, Upland White, and Showy Goldenrod make excellent additions to tidy landscapes because of their well-behaved growing habits, if that's more your style. 😉
