HERE’S A FUN ONE!!! This rental house has had constant complaints about a sewer smell in the master bathroom… I have been around and around with this particular issue but no one has had any luck locating the source. We decided to use our camera scope look into the cavity behind the sink to see what we could see, and found that prior to the countertop being installed someone drilled a hole for a toggle bolt through the vent stack in the wall. When the countertop went on the backsplash covered the holes up but the cavity was filling with sewer gas. This was 2 men 3.5 hours, between check out and check in…. We hustle for our clients and try to be conscious of the situation at hand. We both got a kiss on the cheek from this client… he was VERY happy!!!!🤣🤣🤣
