How does window film actually go on? Here is the whole process. ⏱️
First the glass gets deep cleaned. Then the film is cut to the pane, sprayed with a slip solution and laid on wet so it can be slid into the perfect spot. A squeegee pushes the water out, and the film bonds as the last of the moisture dries.
For the first days it can look a little hazy or streaky. That is normal, it is water still drying out, and it clears on its own.
