Out with the old, in with the new.

This week we tore down an old shed and cleaned up the site to get it ready for a brand-new 12x16’ shed next week.

A lot of people think they need the perfect spot before getting a new shed, but sometimes all it takes is removing an old structure and starting fresh.

This one is going to be a fun transformation. 👀

We're getting ready to tear down this old 13x24' storage building and the aging 6x4 pump house that have both seen better days.

In their place, we'll be building a brand-new 12x16' custom shed positioned better on the property, along with a new 4x4' pump house to protect the equipment for years to come.

This project sits on beautiful Lake Palestine in Chandler, TX, and the views aren't bad either. 🌊

Stay tuned as we document the demolition, rebuild, and final result. It's going to be a major upgrade in both appearance and functionality.

I've been working on a new 3D Shed Designer for Superior Sheds, and it's finally at the point where I'd love to get some real-world feedback.

Not every shed project has easy access.

This custom pump house shed replacement in Hollytree, required us to carry every piece of material into the backyard by hand and remove all of the old shed debris the same way. No heavy equipment, no torn-up grass, and no damage to the landscaping.

The old structure was leaking, settling, and no longer providing the protection the pool equipment needed. We replaced it with a custom-built shed designed to keep everything protected while looking right at home with the property.

I’ve started using Hang This Up products in some of my builds and have been impressed so far. Easy to install and strong enough to hold just about whatever you need to store.
