Do you have Alarm.com cameras? If you do, you can capture Santa on camera this holiday season!!
Follow these steps to have some fun:
1. Select a Live Video feed and tap the Santa icon to take a snapshot.
2. Add a Santa, resizing or moving him as needed.
3. Select from day (full color) or night version Santa options.
4. Share the image with friends and family.

Please be aware that there are alarm company scammers out going door-to-door claiming that East Texas Alarm has either gone out of business or has filed Bankruptcy. Both of these claims are false - we are going strong in business as we have been since 1965. Yes, we have had phone line issues due to the hurricane that hit the Texas Coast this week, so our phones were not working for a few days, but we are still here ready to offer you the best customer service around.
Any East Texas Alarm salesman or technician will be driving a truck or van marked with East Texas Alarm stickers and license numbers, and they will not go door-to-door. Our employees will only come to your home or business at your request with an appointment scheduled.

Just an update on the current city wide phone line issues we are experiencing, we are receiving update that the issues are slowly being resolved but span as far as Louisiana and Oklahoma. We are experiencing issues with inbound phone calls due to a carrier based issue. Verizon has reportedly advised they have experienced outages due to the storms that has affected customers city wide. As an alternative number please call us at 800-256-5484. We are hoping that this issue will be resolved soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Praying for everyone in the crazy East Texas weather and the damage that has followed.
We are thankful for all the first responders out in this weather, and for the Linemen that are working to restore everyone’s power so quickly!
We also cannot let the day go by without thanking our alarm dispatchers and technicians. Our dispatchers have been amazing in handling the extreme level of alarm signals and our technicians are out in the field, in this weather, and they all continue to provide the best customer service possible. East Texas Alarm is blessed to have our team of people and our wonderful customers!
