Great progress is being made with 3130 Langston Boulevard! Plans for redevelopment of the former Walgreens site have been approved by the Arlington Planning Commission.

Partnering with Rooney Properties, this vision brings forward a 12-story mixed-used residential building with 114 units, along with approximately 7,228 square feet of ground-floor retail, creating a dynamic presence at the I-66 and Langston Boulevard intersection.

This project reflects the ongoing evolution of the corridor, balancing residential growth with activated street-level uses to foster a more engaging and connected environment.

We’re excited to see this project progress in Arlington County! Plans for the redevelopment of 3130 Langston Boulevard as a mixed-use residential development are moving forward for review by the Planning Commission and County Board.

It's been our privilege to work with Rooney Properties. The proposed development would feature a 12-story building with 296 residential units atop approximately 8,600 square feet of ground-floor retail, creating a prominent landmark at the intersection of I-66 and Langston Boulevard. By addressing local housing demand and activating the street level, the project represents a long-term investment in a more connected and vibrant Langston Boulevard corridor.

Exciting news...Plans have been filed for the redevelopment of the vacant Key Bridge Marriott site in Rosslyn! We're actively master planning and designing this exceptional project in partnership with Quadrangle Development and Mack Real Estate Group. This transit-oriented, mixed-use development will reimagine the waterfront site, enhancing connectivity, activating public space, and contributing to Rosslyn's evolving skyline.

Exciting progress at MetroWest! Plans have been filed with Fairfax County for a proposed 10-story mixed-use development within the larger MetroWest project, our latest collaboration with Peterson Companies.

Located less than a mile from the Vienna WMATA station, the 1.82-acre development will include:
• 244 market-rate residential units
• 27 affordable dwelling units (ADUs)
• ~21,546 SF of ground-floor commercial space, including a 150-child daycare center
• 376 below-grade parking spaces

Resident amenities include an elevated courtyard and pool, a rooftop terrace, and a 5,000 SF playground for the daycare center.

Last night, we celebrated with colleagues and friends as Claret received CREW DC’s Project Excellence Award of Merit for multifamily development! 🎉 A huge congratulations to our partners -- Community Three, James G. Davis Construction (DAVIS), SK&A Structural Engineers, VIKA, and Meany & Oliver -- whose collaboration brought this striking new addition to the Mount Vernon Triangle community to life.

Located less than a mile from both WMATA Gallery Place and Judiciary Square, Claret offers tenants 13-stories of refined, boutique-style, urban living, featuring 127 units plus a penthouse, below-grade parking, and a rooftop terrace amenity designed to capture the panoramic views of the D.C. skyline and Capitol Rotunda.

But the heart of Claret lies not just within the building, it's around it. The design features a notched form intentionally shaped to preserve a nearly 100-year-old Heritage Tree, allowing the natural landscape to remain an active part of the design.

We’re honored to be part of the restoration of the historic National Baptist Memorial Church in Columbia Heights. Originally constructed in 1907, this landmark has served as a cornerstone of faith and community for over a century. Together with The District Church , The National Baptist Memorial Church DC is launching a $30 million effort to restore and reimagine the building for future generations.

This transformative project will breathe new life into the beloved structure and strengthen its role as a vibrant anchor of community and service in the neighborhood.
