We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
