Crew Leader

✅ Valid driver’s license required
✅ Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers preferred
✅ Ability to lead a crew and work independently
✅ Basic equipment maintenance knowledge preferred

Crew Members

✅ Dependable and motivated
✅ Enjoy working outdoors
✅ Landscaping or mowing experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Responsibilities May Include:

• Commercial and residential lawn maintenance
• Operating commercial mowing equipment
• Trimming and cleanup
• Landscape installation and maintenance
• Mulching, planting, and property improvements
• Basic mower and equipment maintenance (oil changes, blade sharpening, greasing, equipment inspections, etc.)
• Assisting with hardscape and outdoor construction projects as needed
