Finished up this very large project! 660sqft of tile. Removed carpet from 2 bedrooms & tile from master bathroom and installed new 24” x 24” porcelain tile. This is the most tile I’ve installed on a single project!

Finished this project up last week! It’s been a bit since I’ve done a kitchen but this project turned out phenomenal! Demoed everything out and started with a clean slate! Installed 24x48 porcelain floor tile, new maple cabinets / island / desk, 6 new can lights, 2 pendant lights, new dining room table light, upper & lower cabinet lighting, marble backsplash with an accent over the stove, and a fresh coat of paint throughout. My client also had all new appliances installed to give it that finish touch 🤌🏻 I’ll have to say the cabinet lighting was my favorite! On to the next project 😉

Wrapped this bay window / area above the sliding door & window a few weeks ago! Removed all the exterior cedar / cement board. Wrapped with house wrap / PVC trim then sprayed everything to give it that fresh look! Using PVC is the most efficient method for outdoor trim. No more rot!

This client went full marble and the outcome says it all! SOW: conversion from tub to full walk-in shower, moved shower controls to opposite wall, full functional niche recessed in the back wall with mitered corners to create a flowable space, shower walls wrapped in 12 x 24 marble, small hex on the shower floor, shower finished off with a custom shower enclosure, new large marble hex on bathroom floor with a custom tileable vent to continue the flow, new vanity from Wayfair. Outdated medicine cabinet was replaced with a new modern version featuring a mirror with built in LED lighting and storage space, new American Standard toilet, then a fresh coat of paint to finish everything off nicely 🤌🏻
