Took out the old door that was held on by one screw and replaced it with a nice new Larson. Then trimmed it out nicer to keep it nice and weatherproof. All the new trim (brick molding and 1x3) is pvc for durability and longevity. I did not make it to Verizon today unfortunately so call 330-327-3129 for any handyman or honey-do list needs.

Wrapped up the water damage project this week. Now its time to take care of the flooring after the painters come through. The nook is going to be an entertainment destination with a massive (100”) tv for sports and gaming so we are going to lay out some lvp to give that area some separation. For some reason Verizon still cant seem to get the number transferred. Hopefully I can make it to the main Verizon today and perhaps get it figured out. Happy Sunday. Did a project for some wonderful people. Their back door, which faces west, was leaking water so we changed it out for a new door. Then they realized there was water damage in the basement from the old door leaking. We came in, opened the wall up and pitched all the damaged drywall and lumber. Rebuilt the plate and sistered studs in, insulated, and re-drywalled. I will be heading over here shortly to second coat the walls. We eliminated the cabinets that were in the cubby and will be replacing them with a 100” tv to enjoy sports and gaming on. We will be putting lvp flooring back in that location to finish out the flooring. Soon ready for paint and trim and to wrap up another project. Call us for your handyman or honey-do list items. Good morning and happy Saturday. So while on vacation in Vegas for the Wizard of Oz this week my phone was stolen. Luckily Apple has the best security in the world so all they have is a 17 Pro-max brick. It took til today to get my new phone up and running but the business number has not transferred over yet. I have to apparently go to the Verizon store for that (ugh). Anyway, Im working to get all the way back up and running so if you have reached out for service, I apologize for the delay in responding. I believe FB messenger works but have not tried it yet. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Wasn’t that was some wicked thunder here in Hartville this morning around 0430? I have a bad habit of not taking before pictures. Homeowner had some extra tile and we created this pattern to utilize it as well as possible. Ran out of grout so we have to order more. Also figured in an access panel behind the washer in case of water issues down the road. The grout is epoxy so theres no worries of color difference when I finish it up in a couple weeks. Little weekend side project I did this weekend. Marble shower was installed by others then I came in and tiled the room. Going back in a couple weeks to tile the laundry room walls. Had to get creative to hang this gorgeous giant foyer light on their vaulted ceiling. Luckily for me the homeowners were willing to help. The old light, which was only about 10 lbs, was just supported with 2 drywall anchors. I removed all of that and installed a fan brace kit for support between rafters. And then it took a ratchet strap and a 2x4 to support the light so I could wire and secure it. Its about 40 lbs and very awkward, but we got it. Happy homeowners, happy Jeffy!! And yes those are my grilling gloves on the ladder ends to give it grip to the wall 🤷🏼. Adapt and overcome, right? Give us a call for your handyman projects. 330-800-6143
