Client had a leaky wax ring and caused some damage and some black mold ( not much but enough). Opened it up an got rid of the damaged subfloor. Just need to remove and replace a little bit of luann and backfill to prep for the new flooring. Also cut out the bottom of the vanity and out a new one in. Dont have pics of that yet.
