To our valued customers,
It is with both joy and sadness that I formally announce my retirement from Agee’s Service Company. After more than 30 years of proudly serving the greater San Antonio community, I am stepping down from my position as president, effective immediately.
Since 1969, Agee’s mission has always been to do right by our customers. As I move on to the next phase of my life, I cannot express the gratitude I have for the loyalty and trust you’ve shown our company.
To ensure that you continue to receive the exceptional service you deserve, I am delighted to share that Agee’s Service Company has joined forces with Jon Wayne Service Company. I have known the owner of Jon Wayne Service Company, Don Rackler, and his family since the early 1990s (two of Don’s sons spent a couple of summers doing installations for Agee’s) and cannot think of a better family and company to care for Agee’s employees and customers.
Although my departure is bittersweet, I will sleep easy knowing you’re in the best possible hands. With Jon Wayne Service Company, you can expect the same level of respect, dignity, and quality of service you’ve always received from Agee’s. Both of our companies share the values of taking an interest in our customers, always telling the truth, and doing the right thing, every time. Moreover, Jon Wayne’s expansive list of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Air Quality, and Smart Home solutions means that your experience will be greater than ever.
I know you will have many additional questions about this transition. In the coming days you will be receiving additional communications from Jon Wayne Service Company with more information. Rest assured that you will not be without service. Our technicians have transitioned to the Jon Wayne team, and they are ready to meet all of your service needs, including our Service Club Memberships.
