T&J Concrete is looking for a reliable, detail-driven Concrete Estimator who takes pride in accurate work and wants to be part of a solid crew. If you have experience in estimating and enjoy turning plans into precise numbers, we want to hear from you.
○WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Review project plans,specs and bid documents
-Prepare accurate cost estimates for Concrete projects
-Gather and evaluate subcontractors and supplier quotes
-Works closely with project managers and field teams
-Support bid preparation and submission
○WHAT YOU BRING:
-Experience in construction estimating(Concrete prefered)
-Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints
-Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
-Quick Books experience is a plus
-Strong attention to detail and organization
-Solid communication and teamwork skills

Happy New Year to everyone!

As we close out the year we would like to thank all our hard working loyal employees! Thank you! Without you it would not happen!
We would also like to thank all our contractors! Thank you for all the great work!

This is pictures of the last basement we did this year. Stripped the forms December 31rst. Its on an island with a small restricted bridge to get on to. We had to run empty redimix trucks out then pump over the bridge with a big pump truck. All the concrete had to be pulled into place with manpower and the help of a smaller pump that could cross the bridge with just a line. No boom pump. Was a fun but challenging job.

T&J Concrete Foundations is hiring a Diesel Mechanic.
Local established company of 25 years is looking for a shop Diesel Mechanic.
Responsibilities include heavy equipment and fleet vehicle repairs, preventative maintenance, tire repair and metal fabrication. Welding a plus but not required. Class A CDL preferred. Candidate must be punctual, keep a clean work environment, have a good attitude and fill out necessary paperwork. Hours must be flexible.

Competitive pay based on experience. Benefit package available including Health Insurance and Retirement Plan.

Hours:25-30 hrs./week Mon-Fri
Compensation: hourly wage based on experience
-We are currently seeking a friendly, organized and professional Part-time Receptionist to join our office team

Responsibilities: *Greet clients, vendors and visitors in a professional manner
*Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
*Respond to emails and messages in a timely fashion *Assist with basic administrative tasks(filing, data entry,document preparation) *Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area. *Support other departments as needed.

Requirements: *Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
*Strong communication and customer service skills. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word,Excel, Outlook, Quick Books)
