Me lately…

A mix of fire & fog. Clarity & a little chaos. Growth & “what the hell is happening?”

The "BecomING" business ain't for the weak!

I’ve been feeling everything—deeply. The wins, the pressure, the redirections, the quiet moments where I don’t feel as seen as I show up to be. 😎

If I’m honest...🥀

Balancing pain and growth hasn’t felt as empowering lately… it’s felt like breaking. 🤭

No worries tho, I’m also better understanding an unpopular opinion - Not all breaking is bad.

Some of it is necessary. Some of it is alignment in disguise. Some of it is life gently (or aggressively) asking you to rebuild better.

As a Woman, a Wife, a Mother, and a Leader—this expansion journey is stretching me in ways I didn’t expect.

Buut it’s also teaching me -- Personal struggles don’t disqualify you from leadership… The challenges deepen your capacity for it.

They make you MORE empathetic. MORE human. MORE real.

And IRL & online that’s the kind of leader I want to present.

Soo this is me… Not perfectly polished. Not pretending to have it all figured out, even when I'm ahead of the curve. 😉

Just showing up. Feeling it. Growing through IT.

I'm trusting that what’s breaking is making space for something better. My FAITH is in someone undefeated and I'm beyond blessed to STILL be building a Global PR Firm for Creative Executives & Wellness Leaders.

Stepping into rooms as a speaker focused not just to share, but to structure — has been one of my favorite evolutions. I don’t just love stewarding visibility… I love what happens after the attention.
