For more than 30 years, our family has been proud to service the greater Hampton Roads community with reliable, trustworthy HVAC service. When Janet and Mike Straddeck started this business, their goal was to put customers first and treat every home as if it were their own.
Their son, Doug Cashwell, continued that commitment, building on the foundation Janet and Mike created. Our team have become familiar faces to so many of you, and we’ve been honored to build lasting relationships with our customers.
As we announce our retirement, we’re also happy to announce that Miller's Home Comfort-Chesapeake has purchased the business and will continue to provide service to our customers. All existing contracts and credits will be honored through Miller.
