This week’s “Get to Know the Crew” series highlights our 🟣 Purple Team — Lead Matt & Crew Member Kenny.
Matt (2.5 years with Coradi) brings 22 years of experience in the remodeling field, with bathroom remodeling being his specialty. He enjoys the variety that comes with the trade and values strong communication, organization, and capability when it comes to being a great teammate. Outside of work, you’ll probably find him longboarding, relaxing in a hammock, watching movies, or gaming. For anyone starting in the trade, Matt emphasizes the importance of proper PPE to protect your body long-term, and believes understanding physics and geometry is key to becoming truly proficient in remodeling.
Kenny (11 months with Coradi) brings over 10 years of carpentry experience to the Purple Team. He believes great teamwork comes from communication and making sure everyone stays on the same page throughout a project. Outside of work, he keeps it simple — work hard and relax. His advice for anyone entering the trade is to come ready to work with a positive attitude, pay attention to details, maintain cleanliness, communicate well with clients, and always continue building knowledge on the job.
