For every business leader, entrepreneur, content creator, or Mom/Dad trying to share all the good stuff for the grandparents living their best life in the Maldives….this one is for you! 🙌

Who hasn’t seen the perfect shot, visualized the perfect reel or had the most aligned song, only to forget to hit record, realize the natural light (aka:sun) has not risen or has set too soon or OMG the battery life is at 1%!!! 😳

For those with social media teams that create and produce your brand and voice with precision, double their pay! You are in high cotton!! 🚜 (If you reside in a part of the country where you’ve never heard this term, it is a good thing.

Did you know laughter is medicine for our bodies? It interrupts our stress response causing temporarily elevated heart rate and blood pressure with a release once you’re done laughing.

It gives your mind a break and creates social bonding by communicating “you’re not alone!”

Look for opportunities to laugh or bring laughter into your teams, families and for your own health.

I run the same route more often than I should but it’s predictable, beautiful and a perfect 5 mile loop outside my front door! 🏃

Around mid summer, I started running more in the afternoons, seeking a fresh perspective, loving the challenge of the heat, and the hills greet me either direction in my area.

Creatures of habit, we go often one direction, eat one type of food, or rarely question why we do anything we do. Same stores, same shows, same vacation spots.

Yet change and novelty are what keeps our minds sharp, bodies challenged and souls growing. 💪

What is one area of life you could challenge yourself to try something new or switch up something you already love to get more out of it?

Our bodies, minds and souls are a gift…use them to their fullest capacity!

I’m cheering for you! 📣

July 2025, I turned 50. I was facing many major life shifts and it seemed like an attainable goal that I could manage, along with the rest of transitions I was navigating.

It’s true, running comes “easy” to me. As long as it’s slow, I eat enough, and I have a training calendar to check off, I can usually push through with or without proper training.
(I do not recommend this!!)

We all have things that come “easy” to us, whether in sports, music, academics or in the kitchen!

Yet, in the realm of nurturing our mind, body and spirit: what if we tried harder? What if we pushed ourselves beyond our capabilities? When is the last time you hit a PR, tried new food, spoke your opinion in a team meeting, or challenged your belief in an area?

Get quiet and that still small voice will nudge you to your next right move.

This isn’t your practice life. Live it, on purpose. 💪

If you think about it, our first gift of life is an inhale of air, our first breath. After that, we can take it for granted until we need to take a deep breath, mumble under our breath or intentionally begin to learn about the benefits of breathing.

There are many ways to intentionally breathe that increase our capacity to navigate a difficult conversation, encounter traffic with kindness (just me?!) or bring clarity to your thoughts. It’s crazy to think how powerful breath healing can be!

I will be leading a virtual breath healing workshop Tuesday, August 4 at 7-8:15pm. DM me for more details!

Walk in step with your Creator.
On purpose. ❤️

Sometimes we push so hard, run so fast and try to get to the finish line as fast as we can, we skip the journey or miss what was meant for us to experience along the way.

It’s ok to go a little bit slower, listen for answers in unknown places, and take notes.

Graduations parties.
Building a new house.
Starting a new relationship.

Don’t rush.

Yes, we get one life to live.

Yes the sands of time of falling in the hourglass.

Yes, I am the queen of do it all, do it fast, but do it WELL is also deeply ingrained in my core values.

This is why I have added breath healing practices to my wellness routine in my life. It felt woo-woo to me, too. It still does sometimes. I won’t lie, I still combine some planks, prayers, and maybe text check mid-ritual…especially if I do the extended version.

But when I show up fully, allow myself to do the practice, without judging myself, I walk away feeling refreshed, clear and ready to lead.

🌱 Clear your energy - eliminate one outfit from your closet this weekend that you’ve been going to wear for the past year.

🌱 Just say no. I know it’s something we learned in third grade but if it isn’t a “hell yes…” it’s a no.

🌱 Be you. Authentically you. The world deserves who you were created to be.

Stop. 🛑

Don’t scroll.

I know.

Potassium.
On purpose…does not sound interesting.

At all.

Yet, in our adulting we learn, good for us is not always interesting. Ab work, eating kale, journaling…it can all sound lame but science and evidence shows when we nurture our mind, body and spirit, we become more whole and healthy and make a greater impact. ✨

Potassium is a foundational mineral and electrolyte our body needs, especially as we age! 💪

At peak performance, potassium prevents muscle cramps, balances fluid in cells, reduces calcium loss from bones, and coordinates with sodium to help with blood pressure.

When you’re not eating enough bananas, avocado, salmon, yogurt, oranges (to name a few) or not adding a supplement, you might expect: fatigue, weakness, muscle cramps, constipation, heart palpitations or dizziness.

Always check with your health provider or nutritionist for the best balance for you! 🙌

🌱 Speak kindly to yourself today. Like for real. Say actual words to yourself that are encouraging and uplifting. It feels weird because we never do it.

🌱 Take breaks at least once an hour. Get some sun, stretch your lefts, release and reset to make an impact wherever you go next! (Online or in person!)

🌱 Let someone merge into traffic today. Putting good energy out there always returns.

I’ve been working on a new book for the past week, among the rest of my day….

The creative process, nurturing mind, body and spirit and constantly coming back to my Creator to make sure we are co-creating and I haven’t run off on a path of my own…

Breath healing.
Handstands.
Kettlebell swings.
Reading scripture.
Soaking and meditating.

These are just a few of my favorite things…before and in between when I actually start typing!

I can’t wait to share the whole book with you soon.

Breath Healing is one of my new favorite ways to regulate my nervous system and create from a place of peace.

Sunday I am leading an online experience from 7-8pm. Donations will be accepted and will go to www.thearchwaytx.org

DM me for more info!

Pause.
Don’t react.
On purpose. ❤️

Do you ever think, “I wish I had a tattoo of this on my arm somewhere…”?

Most days we am good.

Run or move your body.
Ground yourself.
Pray.
Journal.
Cold plunge.
Affirmations.

Then, we open our laptops.

Or sit in traffic.

Someone forgot their homework paper or needs a special shirt for an event at 9am.

We’ve all been here.

It’s called…life.

Start with awareness.

Keep nurturing mind, body and spirit all day long. Create habits, tricks and tips to serve in every life circumstance that might arrive.

I call this

It keeps you regulated, preserves the impact you’re trying to make in the world.

You’ve got this!

I’m cheering for you. 📣

🌱 Laughter is like cotton candy for the soul. It feels good, tastes good and leaves a sweet, colorful infusion on your tongue bringing joy to your words.

🌱 Growth begins beneath the surface, in the dark, beneath the dirt, before anyone else can see what’s coming. Trust the process.

🌱 Be kind. You never have any idea what someone is going through beyond closed doors.

Man, how I wish I had a tattoo of this on my arm somewhere.

Most days I am good.

I run.
I ground.
I pray.
I journal.
I am blissful and feel angelic.

Or I sit in traffic.
