When temps drop, frozen pipes aren’t far behind. A few quick tips can save you big headaches:

✅ Let faucets drip on very cold nights
✅ Open cabinet doors under sinks
✅ Insulate exposed basement or garage pipes
✅ Seal cold drafts near plumbing
✅ Keep your heat set at 55°F or higher

🚨 If a pipe freezes or bursts, shut off your main water and call a pro.
