My amazing client wanted to modernize 7 doors in his cliff-side home...
Step #1:
Pick up the new, blank, uncut doors in SF.
Step #2:
Cut the doors to fit & cut the holes.
Step #3:
Mount the doors on new hinges & paint'em perfect.
Step #4:
Attach the new, fancy handles and latches.
Step #5:
Take the old doors and other trash to the dump!

Result: Oooo, Aaaah, fancy! 😄 Happy Client!!

It's from the 50's and is just now unable to regulate temperature properly. It just started freezing everything. 😂
It has those doors that opens up both ways!!! Just depends on which way you turn the boomerang handle. 🤘🏽 so cool.

This thing would definitely survive a nuclear blast. It's was made of metal, steel, iron, brick, cement, and heavy-AF-ium.

My lovely client wanted a big fridge taken from another city and brought to her home, near the enchanted forest (where the unicorns roam). 🤣 ... I swear, her house was amazing. One of the coziest places on earth. She was baking a chicken with the big potatoes, baby carrots, and secret sauce, for Pete's sake. lol I literally stomped my feet, while going *Mmm Mm Mmmm!!* when I ate her giant potatoes. 😭

Anyways, that fridge (from the real world) was twice the size of this vintage one (but it was half as heavy). 😄
So, that fridge goes (up those stairs) and into the house. And the 1950's Flash Gordon refrigerator went (down those stairs) and out to the side of the house (near the unicorn stables). 😉

Long story short (too late) lots of tiny Victorian doorways and fancy stuff everywhere means... lots moving blankets, lots of weird angles, and lots of doors taken off and put back on.

But it was all worth it for those potatoes. Those lovely, lovely potatoes... *drool* 😋
.. and, anything for a magical client like this one. What an angel. 🤩

Some wonderful clients had a little leak in their big, beautiful house. To get to it, you can't be afraid of heights. 😄 They needed a quick fix, because rain was coming.
I coated the rusty, slightly porous area with 2 coats of liquid rubber. All Better!!

*I'm not mad in the picture. It was just hot and sunny up there. Very close to the sun. 😉

Some clients wanted Halloween lights hung. No problem!! 👍🏽 But the catch was, I couldn't use nails, screws, staples, not even a thumbtack. No holes in the house! So, all I could use was a few plastic gutter-clips and physics... Tough. But I did my Spiderman impression and got'er done. 😊
