We were called out for a routine roof inspection. While inspecting the boots on the home we find that the company before was supposed to in fact replace the boot. Instead they cut a piece off of a new boot and slid it on top. This resulted in still having a leak.

We’ve recently been to a lot of homes with chimney caps that are rusted with holes in them. The siding is often showing signs of rot.
