As Trout Glass & Mirror celebrates becoming NACC Certified, we also want to recognize one of the biggest reasons this achievement matters: our people.

We are incredibly proud to now have over 15 AGMT Certified glaziers on our team, with more on the way.

AGMT Certification represents skill, knowledge, training, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing the work the right way. It is not something that happens by accident. It takes time, effort, and pride in the trade.

That same commitment is at the heart of Trout Glass becoming NACC Certified. NACC is about more than a certificate — it reflects a company-wide focus on quality, safety, documentation, business practices, and glazing processes. Our AGMT Certified glaziers are a major part of that story.

This accomplishment speaks to the pride our team takes in the trade, the standards we hold ourselves to, and the continued growth of Trout Glass & Mirror as a company.

Another proud milestone for Trout Glass & Mirror!

Following the success of our glaziers earning their AGMT Certifications, we are proud to announce that Trout Glass & Mirror, Inc. has officially achieved NACC Certification.

These two achievements go hand in hand.

AGMT Certification recognizes the skill, knowledge, and professionalism of individual glaziers. NACC Certification recognizes the company-wide systems that support that work — quality management, safety, business practices, contract administration, documentation, and glazing processes.

Together, they represent what Trout Glass has always worked toward: skilled union glaziers, strong company systems, safer jobsites, better documentation, and a continued commitment to doing things the right way.

We are especially proud that Trout Glass & Mirror is the first union glazing contractor in Indiana to achieve NACC Certification and, to our knowledge, the only glazing contractor in Indiana — union or non-union — currently certified.

This was not a small undertaking. A very special thank you and congratulations goes to Lana Reiser for the immense amount of time, organization, follow-through, and hard work she put into getting this across the finish line. Lana played a major role in making this achievement possible, and we are grateful for the dedication she brought to the process.

We also want to thank the trainers and staff at Finishing Trades Institute of DC91 for their support, guidance, and help as we worked through this process. Their commitment to training, professionalism, and the continued advancement of our trade helped make this achievement possible.

We are proud of our glaziers, shop team, project managers, office staff, and leadership team. This certification reflects the work of everyone at Trout Glass who continues to push our company and our trade forward.

This is a proud moment for Trout Glass & Mirror — and another step in continuing to raise the standard.

Rhino season has officially begun! 🦏 Our new beast arrived on Monday and we're just putting the finishing touches on the installation. Out with the recycling dumpster, in with the cardboard baler.

Not the flashiest upgrade we’ve ever made, but it’s one of those shop improvements that just makes a lot of sense.

We go through a lot of cardboard at Trout Glass, and the recycling dumpster was starting to become more of a problem than a solution. Overflowing cardboard, wasted space, extra handling, and a mess nobody wants to deal with.

The baler helps us keep the shop cleaner, more organized, and more efficient. It cuts down on clutter, makes recycling easier, and gives the team a better system to work with.

Sometimes working smarter is not a huge dramatic change. Sometimes it is just looking at what is slowing you down, making a better decision, and moving forward.

Cleaner shop. Better process. Less mess.

Clearly Superior.
