Morning everyone! I’m getting pieces ready for the Holidaze Market (don’t worry I’ll share all about that soon!), and it occurred to me. Many of you probably don’t realize how these pieces come to be. 🤔 Am I buying lumber from the store? Is my husband in the garage working the tools for me? Are my vintage items replicas from a decor store?

Nope! It’s just 100% me, fun powertools, and a lot of elbow grease, because all my wood is 100% reclaimed from places like demolished barns and farmhouses! And all my vintage pieces are random finds I save and repurpose.

So, I thought I’d post an example of my process!

And my Culinary Wall Slates are in stock again! Perfect gift for food lovers and eco-conscious people.

Did you know 100% of my art is made from reclaimed and / or environmentally safe materials? These pieces are made from eco-friendly natural slate paired with reclaimed vintage prints from Cooks illustrated Magazine.

There are currently 5 of my Slates being featured in the Annual Fall Harvest Festival at Sunset Hill Farm. It’s going on Saturday September 23, so head over for some music, food, shopping and antique farm fun! Go visit the Sazzy and Friends booth to sn**ch one of these prints up:

There’s also a mini slate (5 x 7”) made from the front cover in a fine art painting of a PINEAPPLE.

Did you know that 100% of my creations are environmentally friendly?

I use the reduce, reuse, recycle process and combine reclaimed wood with Salvaged pieces that are bound for the trash. ♻️🚫🚮

These hanging wall vases, for example, combine salvaged wood ( from old barns, pallets, steps and more) with recycled or vintage mason jars. 💐
