Our metal buildings are built in 32', 34', 36', 38', 40', 42', 44', 46', 48', 50', 52', 54', 56', 58', 60' wide sizes. The metal carport and metal garage lengths range from 20', 24', 28', 32', 36', 40', 44' and 48' long. We can connect buildings end to end to make many even larger sizes such as 50x80, 50x100, 60x80 and 60x100. All of the 32 to 60 wide metal buildings come with a vertical roof which means the rain and snow slides off of the building roof better.
These metal carports and garages are excellent examples of the high quality metal buildings. Each has a special truss support at each bow which makes them rated for either 170 mph wind and 35 pounds per square foot of snow or the heavy snow load 65psf and 105mph depending on your local code. The customer is required to provide a telescopic fork lift during carports and garages installation. The lift needs to go 10 feet taller than the leg height of the metal building.
These buildings can be built in a 14 GA steel tubing or a thicker 12 GA steel tubing. The framing on all of the 14 gauge tubing and 12 gauge tubing comes with a 20 year rust through warranty to ensure long lasting metal carports and garages. The metal buildings are anchored to your level concrete pad with cement anchors or to the ground with mobile home anchors. All of the metal buildings come with a 1 year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. The side height on these steel buildings come standard with 8' legs but can be made taller with 10', 12', 14', 16', 18' and 20' tall side height.
