McVay Mobile Welding is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
✔️ Review plans and specifications
✔️ Prepare accurate bids and proposals
✔️ Perform quantity takeoffs
✔️ Communicate with customers, suppliers, and contractors
✔️ Help manage project opportunities from bid to award

Preferred Qualifications:
• Construction, welding, fabrication, or industrial experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents
• Computer proficiency and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and dependable

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can think critically, and wants to grow with a fast-paced company.

12:30 AM call. We answered.

This plant was in the middle of a critical shutdown when another welding contractor walked off the job and left them high and dry. We showed up, got to work, and after 21.5 straight hours of welding and repairs, had them back up and running.

When downtime costs money, we don’t quit until the job is done.
