Arbor Health Tree Care is looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Office Manager to join our team! This is a work-from-home, part-time role—perfect for someone organized, proactive, and great with customers.
✨ Hours: 10 hrs/week, Monday–Friday
💰 Pay: Starting at $19/hr DOE
🏡 Work From Home
What You’ll Do:
• Schedule estimates & jobs using Arborgold
• Invoice customers
• Assist customers via phone,email, and lead connector
• Manage QuickBooks
• Run biweekly payroll through ADP
• Keep our business running smoothly!
(Training provided for Arborgold & Lead Connector)
Preferred Experience:
✔ QuickBooks
✔ Customer relations
✔ ADP payroll
