We are a small well-establish residential remodeling company located in Vancouver, WA, performing work in and around SW Washington and the Portland Metro area. We specialized in door and window installations, and full house remodeling projects.

JOB DETAILS

Title: Remodeling Carpenter

Salary: $18.00-$30.00/DOE

We are looking for an experienced remodeling carpenter who can perform a variety of tasks such as framing, insulation, drywall, door and window installation, trim and finish work, siding, sanding, caulking, painting, etc. Carpenter must be self motivated, work well with others, attentive to details, and have a positive attitude.

We do high quality remodeling projects and expect attention to detail and cleanliness on jobsites.

We are looking for someone with experience and will pay depending on experience. We offer sick time, PTO, medical and dental insurance, and retirement plans.

Requirements

Proven working experience in the construction field
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (you will be driving company vehicles and we have to be able to insure you on our company policy)
Understand/use of leveling and measure tools in a precise manor
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Experience installing doors and windows is a plus.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires overtime.

Travel is primarily local (Vancouver & Portland) during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

We are a small remodeling company looking for a qualified carpenter with experience in framing, installing doors and windows, finish trim, siding, etc. We do a number of kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as finish basements, and new and replacement door and window installations. Our door crew just finished the installation of these copper clad double doors, sidelights and transom, complete with an electronic thumbprint lock.

Master Bedroom

- We converted two bedrooms on the main floor into one large open master bedroom with a built-in desk, fireplace, and deck with access to the backyard.
- We remodeled the bathroom to create a wheelchair accessible shower with lots of grabs bars throughout.
- We installed a wheelchair lift for easier access from the kitchen to the master bedroom and bathroom.
- We built a shed enclosure around the newly installed generator.

Happy New Year! We’ve been working especially hard on this house the last few months. It’s easy to see all the hard work our guys have put in to this project as we get close to finishing. We are off to a great start this year, and can’t wait for all the new projects 2018 has to offer!

The existing enclosed open air porch and upper deck had severe dry rot and water damage throughout the structure. We demoed the enclosed area down to the studs, re-framed, and rebuilt the enclosed porch with a waterproof membrane on the lower and upper deck to ensure the structure would last for years to come.

Part of our crew has been spending a lot of time in Cannon Beach this summer working on the beach house. With siding almost complete, we're hoping to be moving inside for finish work just as the weather starts to turn.
