As we celebrate National Women's Month and count down the days to our own Women in Multifamily Leadership Summit, we asked members for their thoughts.

As a woman-owned construction company, owner Jenn Disbrow and I are both working moms, and that perspective shapes how we lead… with clear communication, strong partnerships, and a commitment to elevating women’s voices in a traditionally male-dominated field.
Supporting women in leadership means creating an environment where women’s voices, ideas, and perspectives are valued and encouraged. In industries like construction and multifamily, which have historically been male dominated, that representation matters. As a woman-owned company, we believe diverse leadership strengthens teams, improves communication, and ultimately leads to stronger partnerships and communities."
