Here’s a little (or big) photo dump of an unfinished basement we transformed into a client's ideal man cave. This project included:
• Demolishing existing drywall and rotten sill plates (replaced with new treated sill plates)
• Constructing a new wall along the stairway and relocated the closet wall in the bedroom
• Installing new insulation and drywall in the entire basement
• Applying tape, mud, and texture to drywall surfaces (painting by others)
• Installing drop ceilings in kitchen, living, and bathroom areas
• Installing cabinets, vanity, countertops and all hardware
• Installing all flooring, interior doors, base trim, window trim, and door casings

This job was a perfect winter project and we love how it turned out!!

Taking on this project for some great clients was a pleasure. The home owner brought forth some good ideas and drew up the plans. We added on a new living area and a screened in porch to the existing home. Additional upgrades include new: windows throughout, patio door, deck, housewrap on existing house, front porch railing and posts along with a fake gable to give the roof line some character. Still to come is all new soffit/fascia and gutter. Thank you guys for the opportunity to turn your new home into your dream home.

Recently we finished up an exterior remodel. We replaced all the rotted and breezy windows with new Quaker double hungs and an 8’ wide bay window. Upgraded the siding to a Forest green color with white trims. Interior we trimmed out the windows with 1x4’s and stained them with a Provincial stain.
