Hello Hitt Painting Friends and family ! We hope all is well and everyone is having an awesome 2025! We just wanted to let our friends and family know that our co owner Jake , has started at Scarpa’s Coastal on Boca Grande as a server. We highly recommend you check this place out . They are an Italian Seafood Restaurant and the only problem you will have is deciding on what to order because everything they have is amazing! Painting pool decks can do alot more then just make them look good as new .
It will also feel cool to the touch on your feet.
You also have the choice to have some sand added to make your pool deck non slip.

We use 2 products from H and C bought at Sherwin Williams

First option is a deck paint . 2 coats and your good to go.

Second option is Deck Stain
Its much thinner then paint and requires 3 coats to cover . The benefit of this option is the stain will never chip and look just like the paint once its dried

All exterior jobs are pressure cleaned and all cracks are filled prior to painting

Soffit facia and all trim and doors White

Body received 1 coat of Loxon Conditioner/ Primer

And 2 coats of Superpaint Satin finish .

House was chaulky to the touch and is now smooth and has a rubberized feel to it.

Builders painters painted the wrong color on the customers home , by the time he stopped by to look they we’re halfway done and basically told himhe was stuck with the blue. He wanted to go with very neutral colors
Popular gray for body
Chatura gray for trim
Shell white for garage door and front door all from Sherwin williams.
Entire home was 2 coated with sherwin williams superpaint.

We are booking into mid April and March currently

What an absolute joy it was to paint this home for customers with a small local business just like ourselves.
1 coat of loxon Primer
2 coats of emerald satin paint from Sherwin Williams
Body is Lifht pistachio from Sherwin Williams
Pillars are white from Sherwin Williams
If you touched this house before your hand was covered in chalk. Now the home is sealed and painted and has zero chalking!
