Last job of the day. Skim-coated this nasty wall and then sanded it to perfection for the homeowner to paint. Then, ripped out this old beat-up dryer vent along with the crappy flimsy hose that was connected to the dryer and installed a new updated one in the sheet rock that I installed the other day.

Well this bathroom isn’t 100% done but in a few weeks it will get there when final decision have been made on trim.
On this project.
Ripped out all the wall paneling and wallpaper behind it.
Thenrepaired the walls then painted them.
Installed a new light fixture and a gfci outlet along the side of the mirror that we installed as well.

Now this was a little tricky.
I decided to install a coffee nook and turn it into a bathroom vanity.
How to cut the exact measurements for the unique sink and faucet that was installed then install quarter round around the edge of the sink.
 The plumbing was difficult too, but I won’t go there😂😂😂.
Ripped out the old flooring and installed new flooring.
Ripped out the shower and installed a deep soaking bathtub along with a rain shower head and body  rinse wand with all the plumbing concealed behind the wall walls, but easy access to get to in case of leaks.

Realize there was no heat in the bathroom, so I decided to install a electric baseboard heater for cold days.
Yes, there’s no window in the bathroom, but it is well ventilated.

This was my own unique idea. I didn’t want it to just be simple..

Yesterday’s project while waiting for things to dry on another job. Installed the missing Sheetrock tape compounded sanded to perfection for the customer to prime and paint.

Below are some of the before and after pictures from this month's whole house remodel project, with additional rooms to be showcased upon completion. The scope of work for this project included removing wooden paneling in the playroom, skimming and repairing the walls to meet code, sanding, priming, and painting. A 65-inch TV was mounted on the wall, and all receptacles were replaced and also installed a non existing ceiling fan. In the dining room, the cabinet above the island was removed, and the area was compounded, sanded, and re-textured to match the surrounding area. The walls were then painted, and a chandelier was installed above the dining room table.
