A new scam is going around and it has almost gotten me a few times. See photos attached. I am getting many messages saying my page has “violated policy” or has been “flagged”. !!!!!DO NOT CLICK THE LINK!!!!!!

If you want to safely check if you actually have violations do the following:

Go to your Support Inbox and tap Your Violations.

It’s that simple! One rule of thumb to keep in mind is to never click any link sent to you. Businesses and corps will almost never make you click a link. They will advise you to go to a secure message center.

Beware clients, friends and family. This time of year is the worst for online scams!!!

Here is an in-progress set of plans for an ADU out in Fellsmere. This tiny home is 957 square feet under air with the roof designed to cover a large covered back patio and a carport. This 1 bedroom with den tiny home is perfect for my client who wanted another structure on her property for the future of her family. Enjoy!

Here is a fun kitchen + bar remodel schematic happening on the island soon! We have a very tiny mid century home to work with so we had to get creative. The island seconds as a dining table that seats 8. Our client wanted a fun pop of color with a mixture of various materials. They are music lovers so we have a piano inspired bar with 1" natural wood slats beside a large mirror with painted cabinets in Nantucket salmon red #32963
