The Treasure Coast gets hit with a lot more rain than people think.
Vero Beach typically sees around 4–5 feet of rain a year, but lately it hasn’t been consistent, it comes in waves.

We’ve already seen months push 10+ inches of rain, including around 11 inches in a single month in 2025.

The problem isn’t just how much rain we get, it’s how fast it comes down.

When the ground can’t absorb it, that water has to move.
And it moves right under your pavers.

Over time, it washes out the base, shifts the sand, and leads to sinking and uneven areas.

Most paver problems don’t start on the surface—they start underneath.

Proper drainage, grading, and a solid base make all the difference, especially here in Florida.

We just wrapped up this full driveway and walkway project — pulled out all the old stone, regraded everything, and rebuilt it from the ground up. A lot of long days went into this one, but the end result was worth every bit of it.

Nothing better than seeing a clean finish and a happy homeowner. 🔥
