We have been maintaining this whitewashed mexican tile floor for a customer in Johns Island a number of years. There were visible scuffs and scratches in the topical clear coat as well as some areas with damage to the whitewash layer underneath, especially in higher traffic areas like the kitchen. We cleaned the floors, lightly stripped to remove some of the existing topical clear coat, reapplied the whitewash where needed, then applied multiple coats of the topical sealant or clear coat to finish up. We usually complete this work over the summer every 2-3 years, while the customer is away. We take pics and move furniture where needed. Then put everything back into place after finishing.

We polished these limestone floors for a customer in the Johns Island community while they are away for the summer. We cleaned the floors with a pH neutral cleaning solution, diamond honed to remove scratches and surface wear patterns, polished to match the existing finish, sealed with a penetrating sealer, and buffed. We also diamond honed, polished, and sealed their shellstone dining table.

We completed these interior stone floors for a customer in the Shorelands community. This customer had left for the summer and scheduled us to do the maintenance while away. We cleaned with a pH neutral cleaning solution, repaired some holes and missing grout, diamond honed and polished the kitchen and connected hallway, applied a penetrating sealer, and buffed all areas. We also refinished the outdoor bench seat that had some etching.

We refinished these mexican tile floors for one of our repeat customers in the Baytree community. We did this work while the customer was out of town for a few weeks. We moved all of the furniture off the floors and into nearby rooms. We cleaned the tiles and grout joints using an alkaline cleaner, treated a few areas containing white stains on the tiles (likely from moisture), then applied multiple coats of a topical sealer from Catalina Chemical.

We had some final touchups on this coral stone deck in the Seagrove community. There were a couple areas with some heavy staining, several large cracks, missing grout joints, and the pool line tiles had a couple areas with missing tiles and grout. This customer luckily had some extra tiles in her attic we were able to use to make the repair. We cleaned the surface, treated the stains (we scrubbed those areas many times), filled the cracks and missing grout joints, and repaired the pool line tiles and grout. We then applied two coats of penetrating sealer from Catalina Chemical.

We resurfaced these recently installed marble countertops for a customer in the Orchid community. These tops had some areas the finish did not look consistent so we used the resurfacing process to restore a uniform finish. We diamond honed, compounded to a low satin/honed finish, then applied Bulletproof penetrating sealer.

We maintained this exterior coral stone for a customer in the Seagrove community. There were numerous areas containing stains, cracks, and missing grout. We cleaned all areas, spot treated any visible discoloration, repaired cracks and grout joints with a color matching grout, and applied a penetrating sealer from Catalina Chemical.

We resurfaced the kitchen marble countertops and travertine floors for this customer in the South Beach area. On the tops, we cleaned, diamond honed, polished, and applied a penetrating sealer. On the floors, we cleaned, repaired a number of holes with color matching resin, diamond honed, compounded to a customer approved satin finish, and applied a penetrating sealer. This customer recently purchased a home in the Moorings community and due to concerns with slipping, they chose to change the existing polished finish to a honed finish. We used a diamond grinding process to remove the polished finish, diamond honed, compounded to a uniform honed finish, and applied a penetrating sealer from Drytreat. We completed this process on two guest baths, one shower, and the master bathroom floor.
