I did although elect to have his HVAC repair guy do the troubleshooting and repair.
Dakota was very communicative respectful and efficiently repaired the A/C. The issue was a faulty electronic overflow sensor which was at my approval replaced with a more visible and accessible reliable mechanical sensor. The previous sensor too sensitive for Florida humidity and had failed and shutdown the A/C a couple of years ago even though no drain backup and overflow.

"Best company in town first time they took care of my problem not only that gave an extra cleaning second time here replace thermostat and told me all the problems with the heat. They have always been very kind when calling to schedule a service, I enjoyed speaking with Mr Brantley and scheduling he's always very kind. Dakota has been my service man now twice and wow what a wonderful man he is, very polite very very thorough with his job explains everything. They will be my AC service until I leave this state."
