It's been a long road, but our labor of love is complete! Whole house remodel. Not a single surface wasn't touched. Took 3 years to complete (call me the mechanic's wife), but it's done, done, done!

Sometimes, stuff happens. This homeowner accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake and ran his car into the hot water heater in the garage and damaged some walls. But, no worries. We were able to put everything back to normal as if nothing ever happened.

Another whole-house remodel complete and in the history books. And what a finished product! Removing a wall opened up the kitchen and allowed for a stunning peninsula. The kitchen finishes are to died-for, including a marble backsplash and decorative wood hood. Taking a wall back opening up the dining room to the living room helps the space feel open and connected. We also converted a metal add-on enclosed porch to an inviting indoor space by drywalling the walls, installing custom trim, and adding a chase for AC and lighting. A beautiful checkboard floor makes this a stand-out space for sure. Of course, the wide-plank wood-like tile throughout the house makes a statement on it's own. Then finish it all up with 2 complete bathroom remodels and an eye-catching feature wall in the master and you've got yourself a custom home made to be enjoyed for many, many years to come. Such a pleasure working with the Pacheco's on this once-in-a-lifetime transformation. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of it.

Immediate opening for a trim carpenter experienced in interior/exterior doors, crown molding, casing, baseboard, and cabinets a must. Other areas of expertise such as occasional tile, demo, drywall, paint, etc., a definite plus. Must be smart phone literate, have own truck, working trailer, and tools.

Another major renovation complete! Don't get do this kind of project often. Relocate exterior wall 6' into courtyard to expand the interior family room, complete kitchen remodel, including custom pantry, custom upper glass cabinets, inside and under cabinet lighting, cabinet accessories, such as tray insert, spice rack, and trash pull outs. And to top it all off, a courtyard remodel, including new pavers, tongue and groove stained soffit, and custom-built inground spa. Wow! The finished project is positively stunning and DC Construction and Company is proud to have completed it with outstanding craftsmanship.

It's always exciting to finish a whole house remodel and enjoy the stunning results! This beautiful project started with outdated columns separating the living space and a wall dividing the kitchen from the living room. Removing the wall and columns resulted in a living space designed for today's Florida families. Finish it off with new floors throughout, new doors and trim, brand new bathrooms, and calming coastal colors, and this remodel is ready to be enjoyed for years to come!

Not quite a whole house remodel. But, it sure looks like it! This homeowner wanted to step out of her comfort zone and selected finishes that really make a statement! Taking down the wall between the kitchen and living room allows room for an awesome island. And the checkerboard flooring is both playful and timeless.
