Tried the new Grace Coffee Company in Verona yet?!? One word: amazing! 😍☕️

🧐🤓 means time to reflect on how setting up a good system can change your life…

Ever heard the term, “mental load”? Mental load refers to the overseeing and managing of all the tasks/lists/activities we are involved in, but not the actual doing of those tasks. It’s the invisible steps necessary to make our lives run. Think: planning a vacation, remembering to mow the lawn, keeping track of when the bills are due, or managing the kids’ baseball schedules.

How much time do you spend in a day thinking about, worrying over, or making mental lists of all of those day to day operations? How exhausted is your brain by the end of the day trying to keep track of all that “stuff”?

What if a system could change all that? What if a few simple, consistent steps could free your mind from the mental clutter required to manage a life without organization?
