Another project complete!

This interior renovation for CubeSmart Self Storage (through Mustard Street Management) transformed the existing building to create a new interior drive-thru, giving customers convenient indoor access to the facility’s climate-controlled storage units.

From design through construction, our team coordinated the modifications needed to make the new layout work—including new dedicated entrance and exit points integrated into the existing building.

A great example of how thoughtful design and construction can adapt an existing space to serve a completely new function.

Exciting progress is underway at the new Bright Flite facility for Maguire Family Properties!

With site work moving forward and excavation for the foundations now underway, there are plenty of moving pieces taking shape across the jobsite. From coordinating site preparation and excavation to laying the groundwork for the building itself, this stage of the project is a true team effort.

It’s a great example of one of MDB’s core values—Teamwork. Bringing a project like this out of the ground takes close coordination between our team, subcontractors, consultants, and project partners, all working together toward the same goal.

Throwback Thursday to Wealth Enhancement's (former QCI) award-winning office expansion!

When Wealth Enhancement needed additional office space, an unfinished 4,400-square-foot lower level offered the perfect opportunity. Bringing a design-build perspective to the project, our team collaborated with the Architect of Record to identify cost-saving design alternatives while maintaining the vision for a modern, high-end workplace.

The transformation introduced frameless glass walls and sliding doors, wood baffles, contemporary lighting, and an energy-efficient VRF system—all while carefully coordinating construction to keep Wealth Enhancement's existing offices operational.

The result? An unfinished lower level transformed into a clean, contemporary workspace recognized as one of the RBJ’s Coolest Spaces of 2021.
