Site work is progressing as our team prepares for a new parking lot for Castle Products!

Victor Excavating is hard at work grading the site, establishing the proper elevations and preparing the foundation for the new pavement. This critical step helps ensure proper drainage, long-term durability, and a finished parking lot that meets the needs of the client.

Another example of the planning, coordination, and teamwork that goes into every phase of construction!

Building the foundation for an unforgettable experience!

At Bright Flite, work is progressing on the underground pit that will house the wind tunnel system for the facility’s indoor skydiving experience!

This unique feature requires careful planning, precise ex*****on, and close coordination between our design and construction teams. From the initial design through construction, every detail plays an important role in bringing this one-of-a-kind attraction to life.

Another exciting milestone as Bright Flite continues to take shape!

Building stronger communities, one home at a time! 🏡🔨

Last week, MDB's Tony and John joined Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity for their Leaders Build Day in Rochester's 19th Ward neighborhood!

A milestone worth celebrating!

We recently joined the Bright Flite and Maguire Properties teams, local officials, family, and friends to officially break ground on the new Bright Flite facility.

The event celebrated the start of an exciting project and the collaboration that has helped bring the vision to this point. Local officials also recognized Bright Flite and Maguire Properties with awards honoring the project and its anticipated impact on the community.

With the ceremonial shovels in the ground, we’re excited to continue bringing Bright Flite to life through design, construction, and plenty of teamwork along the way.

Congratulations to Bright Flite and Maguire Properties on this exciting milestone—we’re proud to be part of the team making it happen!

From early-morning design meetings and architecture deadlines to busy days coordinating construction in the field, coffee helps keep our team fueled from concept to completion.

Today, we’re raising a cup to the architects, designers, project managers, superintendents, and construction teams who turn ideas into built spaces—one project (and one cup) at a time.

Here’s to good design, great construction, and plenty of coffee along the way!

Progress continues from the ground up at Bright Flite!

Below-grade masonry foundation walls are taking shape, marking another important step as the building begins to come out of the ground. Flower City Masonry has been hard at work completing the masonry that will support the next phases of construction.

Proud to keep the momentum moving forMaguire Properties and the entire project team as the vision for Bright Flite continues to become a reality.

A clear view of Wealth Enhancement’s new office space! 👏

These new offices feature glazed walls and doors from , installed by Frontier Glass Inc., bringing a clean, modern look to the workspace while allowing natural light to flow throughout the interior.

Details like these help create private, functional workspaces without sacrificing the open and collaborative feel of the overall office.

Great to see another finish come together as part of Wealth Enhancement Group's transformation!
